Aims:

To instil essential skills needed to succeed in life such as listening, speaking, problem solving, creativity, staying positive, aiming high, leadership and teamwork

To provide meaningful experiences and interactions with a wide range of career areas

To highlight the link between skills and knowledge in all curriculum learning and future career areas, motivating pupils to work hard

Visitors are regularly invited into school to talk to children across year groups about their profession or career area, and pupils are given the opportunity to think about places of work when on a range of school trips.
