Family support at Nine Acres

Our Child and Family Worker, Mrs Kate Hussey, is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30am to 4.00pm to provide support to families who may be experiencing some challenges.

Mrs Hussey is available to meet in-school at a time that suits you or to talk over the phone.
Just contact the main office on 01983 522984 or pop in to make an appointment. She can offer
support through liaising with teachers, offering Early Help or signposting to outside agencies
that can offer specialised advice.

If you have any concerns about your child’s behaviour, how they are coping in school or at home or if you would like some advice on how to get support with any worries you may have, however big or small, please get in touch!

Mrs Hussey can offer help in areas such as;

• Poor attendance
• Challenging behaviour
• Family separation
• Housing
• Money worries
